There are numerous Qur’anic verses and Ahadith of our beloved Prophet that emphasise the importance of unity between Muslims, to have mutual love for one another, and to spread peace for the sake of Allah Almighty. The ‘Brothers Monthly Social’ was created to give individuals within our community an opportunity to connect with one another and strengthen the ties of brotherhood.

The event is planned to take place the last Sunday of every month for a duration of approximately one and a half hour, usually around 7pm. The venue may vary from month-to-month depending on the confirmed members of attendees.

Eid-ul-Adha Family Social Event – Saturday 14^th June, at Fearon Hall (Rectory Rd, LE11 1PL).
 
Join us in celebrating Eid-ul-Adha this year at our family event, bringing our small community closer together. We aim to follow up last years success and bring a day full of fun activities for our children, delicious food, and a space to catch up and socialise.
 
Some of our activities:
 
• Bouncy castle – Free
• BBQ – Burger & drink £3.50 / 6 Chicken Wings £4.50. (There are also other food items)
• Children’s games (Tug of war, Sports, Martial Arts, and much more) – Free but will accept donations
• Art table (miniature canvas painting) – Free but will accept donations
• Mendhi – Per hand: £1 Children under 10 yrs / £2 Children between 10-15 yrs / £4 for 16+
• Photo Booth – Free but will accept donations (all proceeds to fund this & future social events)
• Bake sale – Various costs (all proceeds to fund this & future social events)
• Tea and coffee station – Free but will accept donations
